Networking opportunities

The Learning and Technology World Forum offers a valuable opportunity to network with leaders from around the world.  In 2010, participants were able to network via a number of channels including:

A private community - The LATWF community forum allowed participants to network, communicate and build relationships with other leaders before and during the event.  Through the community, participants could search for other leaders with similar areas of interest, send messages, set up meetings and most importantly create blogs so that they could exchange ideas around the key forum themes.

Innovation exchanges - Innovation exchanges (interactive workshops) provided a real opportunity for participants to take part in discussions with other leaders, share experiences and discuss the forum themes.

Flex sessions - Flex sessions (informative briefings) provided participants with the opportunity to share their practice with others about how their country is driving education and skills developments using learning technologies.  They also provided leaders with the opportunity to learn about other work being conducted across the world and build networks and connections.

The 2010 forum provided participants with an invaluable opportunity to continue discussions and build relationships with other education and skills leaders in a more informal environment.
